Hello Mia...

D7 are pleased to welcome our new Recruitment Consultant, Mia Kilday-Clark, who joins us this April to replace Brian Cave as he embarks on his new career as a HSE advisor.

Mia comes to us from the world of Socal Housing, having taken a lead role with Together Housing (via their recruitment partner G-NIUS), leading their talent acquisition activities for the past 18 months.

Mia has been managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for Together Housing across technical, operational and corporate roles, including HSEQ related work.

Working in a varied, fast paced environment to strict deadlines, Mia became an integral part of the organisation’s growth strategy.

Mia brings with her a fantastic understanding of typical recruitment and staffing challenges. She is committed to providing a first class service to both candidates and clients and brings with her a conscientious attitude to recruitment, focused on candidate quality and commitment. Mia is skilled in stakeholder engagement, direct sourcing, candidate management and recruitment reporting, with a strong focus on service delivery, time-to-hire and candidate experience.

Mia will be working on many of the permanent and interim roles in health and safety consultancy and on site delivery, expanding her network of Construction Safety Advisors, CDM Consultants, Principal Designers, Safety Managers, HSEQ Consultants and Safety Support Staff.
