If you have passion for people, great communication skills, drive, resilience and great planning skills, we have a recruitment / talent acquisition role available that could be your first step in a career in recruitment. 

As our business grows, we need talented and driven individuals to join our Recruitment Team. We act as the exclusive talent acquisition team for one of the UKs fastest growing HSEQ Consultancies, and we also supply external businesses with interim and permanent  staffing solutions for their own HSEQ teams. We have a constant stream of live vacancies to work on in a number of fast paced sectors - construction, engineering, facilities management, energy, utilities and more. 

We do not need an outbound sales professional or a vastly experienced recruiter. This will be a candidate facing role (no sales) focused on the recruitment of Health and Safety personnel - Safety Advisors, HSEQ Management, Safety Consultants, Coordinators, Support staff. We recruit Trainers, Site Managers, Project Managers, Quality Managers and more. But we always work this HSEQ vertical and your role will see you become a specialist in HSEQ related staffing. You will build your own professional network, engage with HSEQ professionals, reach out to active and passive candidates for a range of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality focused positions. 

To help you do this, we will train you as both a recruiter and a safety professional, giving you a unique insight into the world of Health and Safety. 

We will give you the tools to succeed - from communication devices to the latest in AI Recruitment tools. You'll work with a market leading CRM, an established database of Safety Professionals and an inhouse marketing team. You will be supported by a Senior Recruitment Consultant and trained in recruitment best practice, learning how to attract, recruit and screen HSEQ professionals. 

You do not need previous recruitment experience - but some prior experience in sales or customer service is usally a good starting point. We need great people skills - attention to detail - self motivation and drive - great planning and IT capabilities - problem solving skills - time management - everything you would expect from a role that is fast paced, people facing and ever changing - no two days are ever the same. 

You will be working 3 days per week on site with us here in Castleford (2 days from home once training is completed). You will be incentivised with commission and bonuses based on successful placements. Starting salary is between £26,000 and £32,000 per annum. You will work 9:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility over start finish times - 37.5 hours per week.
